Last year was my first owning property in the desert and renting it out to Coachella guests. My 4 guests were wonderful and this year we are again welcoming responsible Coachella Festival goers. My vacation rental is already booked for this time frame, but I do have 3 others available - BUT only to select guests who agree to abide by strict rules to protect these properties. These vacation rental condos are not party houses, but make a fantastic place as home base for those going to the music festival, and those who want to enjoy some of the finer things in the desert. These places won't make you think of Woodstock...

Thanksgiving Feast - Thursday, November 23 - reservations still available by calling 760-345-2737. 6 seatings so you don't have to cook! Traditional Thanksgiving fare with and abundant buffet featuring classics and a few new treats. Children 5 and under are free, under 10 $15.95, others $33.95. Open to the public.

Annual Christmas Charity Golf Tournament - Thursday, December 7 - Members $50, Tenants with membership attached $50, Guests $50. Price includes Christmas Party. Proceeds benefit Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. Everyone is welcome. Sign up 760-345-2742.

Annual Hanukkah Dinner - Thursday, December 21 at 6pm. Dinner served promptly at 6:30pm. Traditional Hanukkah meal and entertainment. Bring a Menorah for candle lighting. $28 adults, $13 children under 10, includes tax & gratuity. Reservation required 760-345-2737 - 72 hour cancellation policy. Everyone welcome.

New Year's Eve Gala - December 31 7-8 pm hosted cocktails, 8 pm dinner, entertainment until 1 am. Why even drive? Stay at my new Dramatic Dahlia or Suite Honeysuckle or Crisp Chyrsanthemum vacation rentals at Palm Valley and walk! All have availability still. Reservations for gala are open to members, tenants, and their guests only and begin 9am on Nov. 20. $125 per guest or tenant including tax and gratuity.
